This is an effort to fight the spead graffitti in the Philadelphia area by using innovative methodolgy as well as old fashioned activism.  The misison is to create a network of interested citizens willing to take small steps to turn the tide on the growing epidemic of urban blight.  By coordinating our efforts, using technology as a platform for action, we can take control of our environment.

The roles of GAN members will be threefold:
