Fitness Sessions were conducted but not recorded. Typical sessions consisted of sprints, resisted sprints, GPP, and kettle bell work.
We also began to mix in more wrestling specific work dealing with Greco and FS. Mainly bodylocks, carries and exercises to tax the major
muscle groups that will be the first to fail in competition if not properly trained.
