Will I get a tracking number when you ship my Game Gripper?
    We have switched over to a fulfillment company for shipping and at the moment, are unable to get tracking numbers. However, your item will go out much faster and more accurately. Your status will not update to "shipped" but be assured that your order will go out within 1-2 business days. Please contact us if you do not receive it within 7 business days (for domestic).
I accidentally gave the wrong address, can I send you an email to make sure you send it to the right place?
    We cannot change addresses, so please make sure the address in your google checkout account is the one that you want it shipped to. You have 15 minutes to cancel the order yourself. After that, you can e-mail us and we will cancel if your order has not been sent out yet. However, we will not be held responsible if you have the incorrect address listed.
Can I cancel my order?
       As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order for any reason (or no reason) by sending an e-mail to cancel_order@game-gripper.com with your order number.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. If you are in Europe, please order from www.game-gripper.eu
Will the Game Gripper damage my phone?
        Probably not, we haven't heard of it happening even after selling 4000 units, but please see our disclaimer page to see that we aren't responsible if it does.
Can I pick up locally?
        We are located near Salt Lake City, Utah. If you would like to pick one up, just e-mail us and let us know what colors you want and a few times that work for you. You can pay cash ($16) when we meet.
Will the game gripper work with a case?
        No, it will not. 
Can you push more than one button at once?
        Yes, all of the round buttons are individuals and are not connected to each other. Therefore, if you press one, you are only pushing that key and can push another if needed (ie to run and jump). The d-pad is 4-directions and will not push diagonals. You can push two directions at once (example up and right at the same time). However, there there is a maximum amout of buttons you can push at one time due to software or hardware limitations on the phone.
What keys does the Game Gripper use?
It depends on the phone but for the Droid it works with:
        "E" "S" "F" "X" "U" "H" "N" "SPACE" "P" "L" "ENTER" "PERIOD"
