Click the link.
If the mail address that you registered with is a gmail address, then log straight in without issues.
If not a gmail address, click 'Sign Up For Sites'.
All you will be asked for is to - Enter the mail address you were sent the invitation to, as well as a password.
Then you are 'In'.
