HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC SCHOOL HOME AND SCHOOL NEWSLETTER May 13, 2010 A message from Sr. Barbara Ann: Dear Parents, Thank you for your generous support of the Gala/Fundraiser. About $12,500 was raised. If you were able to attend, I hope you had a good time. It was a wonderful evening and a memorable celebration of my 50 years as a Dominican Sister. I’m deeply appreciative of the many cards, kind words, and personal gifts given to me. May God continue to bless you as you share your gifts with others.
As you know, a new principal will be in leadership of HFCS next year. Having this position has been a good experience for me. As an Administrative Assistant, Sissy McKenna has been fantastic! Without her, I don’t know how we would have managed. Our job was made easier because of the love, support, and encouragement you gave us. Thank you!
Next year, I’ll be returning to the 4th grade classroom and will have the title, Dean of Students. I’ll be willing to assist the new principal in any way that I can.
Have a restful summer and enjoy vacationing with your children. –Sr. Barbara Ann
Message from Faculty and Staff of HFCS: Thanks go to everyone who gave gifts, cards, foods and greetings for Teacher Appreciation Week. Special thanks to Home and School, Dawn Cromie (who worked tirelessly), Laura Tapp, Student Council and NJHS.
