Welcome to the official website of the Fuquay-Varina High School Science Club!

The Science Club meets every Friday from 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM in Mrs. Subat's or Ms. Wood's room.  Everyone is welcome to join!

This year, we will have a science experiment or guest speaker at every meeting.  Activities will include extracting DNA from a strawberry, launching water balloons 200 yards from a slingshot, and making stuff glow through chemiluminescence.

The Science Club will participate in the Science Olympiad again this year.  Our goal is to field a team in every event.  We will also help host the annual FVHS Science Night.

This year, we would also like everyone to become a collaborator for the
FVHS Science Club website.  Becoming a collaborator will allow you to create and edit web pages.  Click here to become a collaborator.  You will be required to fill out a short form.  (Reminder:  You must have a Google Account to be able to become a collaborator.)
