How many people do you know this winter who are complaining of their high heating bill? How many people think that the local electric companies are ripping us off by targeting apartment complexes and condominiums as prey, not for rate hikes, but for improper recording of our meters? Essentially fraud by your electric company in order to increase profits! Remember, unless enough people complain and demand an investigation, your electric company will continue to charge you more for your electric than others by showing an increase in usage where you do not have access to your meters.
