The cycle is what it is. You, though, should turn the bike around. If you are fortunate enough to have a solid job and all your ducks in a row, take advantage of cheaper prices while you can. It won't last long folks! Prices will be going up and thats not news. There are things that never truly go down except momentarily. Gasoline never truly goes down, so don't get used to the under $2 prices. If a vehicle is whats on your shopping list, take advantage of lower rates, but buy something that will do you and your family justice for the world we will become in the next ten years. Don't get caught up in the wrong purchase like what happened to some in the housing market. There are good values out there but don't spend just because they appear cheap. Buy because they are truly a value today and in the future it will be a value that will appreciate. Don't buy junk for the garage, basement, and shed. Buy only what is needed now or will be needed in the next few years while the value now is better than ever. |
