Chen tai chi (Pao Chui) - Feng Zhiqiang (In 1976, Feng Zhiqiang came from Hong Kong to Ch'en village to teach Chen style, which (along with all traditional arts) had been banned during the Cultural Revolution c.1966-1976).

Push hands

Note: Push hands is a training tool, a real fight is not like this. Push hands is designed to train sensitivity to the other person's movements and intention, not as a contest. Unfortunately in most schools today it has degenerated into a shoving contest. This has nothing ot do with tai chi, but is good fro impressing people who don't know any better...
