Fusion Youth Theatre began in 2005 with a summer production of The Wakefield Mysteries at St James Church, Grimsby. The production went on to win 1st place at a regional drama festival and after the request of many of the children involved, FYT set up a weekly drama group on Isaacs Hill in Cleethorpes. The group later moved to Grimsby Central Hall and have expanded to include additional weekly groups in Cleethorpes and Caistor! FYT have taken part in many festivals including Shakespeare Schools Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Big Youth Theatre Festival - London, Lit.Com Festival, Arts Forum Fesitval - Grimsby, The Buzz Youth Arts Festival - Scunthorpe, The Skegness Youth Drama Festival, The National Student Drama Festival, Toronto Film Festival, Bradford Youth Film Festival, Meniscus Film Festival and many more. FYT have won numerous awards including 10 regional theatre awards and 3 international film awards. There's a group of us aged 4 to about 25! We all get on and just have a good time....but at the same time we work together to create really good productions. I look forward to going to Fusion every week! - Charli (15)

An exciting and warm organisation with opportunities to improve your abilities, gain confidence and create great friendships .
