-          Increase of population around the world means a need of more consume of energy in the near future, in 2006 there are around 6.5 billion of people is expected more than 9 billion of people by 2050.

-          Our fossil fuel reserves are in decline and our capacity to develop new technologies to cope with this sharp increase in energy is not expanding quickly enough to solve the deficit in energy.

-          Developing countries tent to become wealthier in the future and their need of energy increase in the same proportion of their growing.

-          The use of fossil fuels has rapid increased contamination and pollution. It has brought about damages in our natural resources and global warming.
