Summer Landa has been a life-long devotee to fitness, and been working professionally in the fitness industry for 6 years. She holds certifications as both an NSCA strength and conditioning specialist, and as an ACE personal trainer, along with multiple sub-certifications. She has considerable real-world experience applying all of this training. Summer served as the Director of Group Fitness for Health Promotion's MCCS Okinawa, Japan where she spent a great deal of time developing functional fitness programs and protocols for individuals, and to be implemented into military unit's PT programs.
OK, now that that's out of the way here goes. I'm a mother of two, so I understand what women go through in their quest to recapture or hold on to the body of their youth. I cook everything for my family from scratch, so I can give you advice on that, but I also live in the real world, and think that a common sense approach works best in trying to make lifestyle changes where eating is concerned. I have a true interest in seeing you get closer to and achieving your goals. I take on a limited number of clients both so I can spend more time with my family, and so I can devote you the attention you deserve. I want you to succeed!
