Sunday School Classes
At First Southern Baptist Church of North Hollywood, we are proud of our many Sunday School classes and the opportunities we provide for in-depth investigation of God’s Word and the teachings of Jesus Christ. We welcome seekers as we humbly search, too, for the applications of His teachings in our daily lives. Our classes range from nursery school to the mature believer. No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, if you wish to become involved in a church family that will lovingly extend its hand to you, you will enjoy the fellowship at First Southern Baptist!
You bring your wee ones, we provide the fun for them! Grandmotherly love thrown in! Our caring nursery staff are devoted to children.

| Youth Class: The Pathfinders |
In this class, we feel comfortable sharing things openly. We are relaxed and have fun while we learn about how to be loyal to God in today’s world. Our teachers ROCK! (And we love hot chocolate.)

Adult Class: The Prayer Warriors

Meet us: In the library, the class at the foot of the stairs, close to the parking lot. Coffee, tea & good times!
We are a mixed-age adult class & our daily spiritual walk with God is important to us. We seek God’s will for how to move in a modern world that needs love.
We share prayer requests and study the Bible in depth. Your problems aren’t as big as you think they are when you have someone to share them with and when you can lean upon one another. |
| Adult Class: The Upper Room |
Meet us: upstairs in the fellowship hall. Coffee, tea & snacks, special holiday brunches! We are a mixed-age class for anyone from seeker to believer.
Half the battle is asking the right questions. We enjoy smart, tough questions! We share our experiences and gain insights from others. We joyfully accommodate all peoples, all ages, from college through the mature believer. We hope to represent Love in Action.

Meet us in the “Blue Room” downstairs. We are a mature fellowship of believers seeking to live Jesus’ blessings as laid out in our class name: The Beatitudes. We explore scripture, build up and encourage one another. We enjoy prayer, scripture readings and lessons that apply to our daily walk with Christ.
