 1. Record the information for your counter top project (kitchen or bath)      

 2. Enter the information in the grid on the other side of this page       

 3. Fax your drawing to 559-243-9415 or go online and email us

  Step 1: Record the information for your kitchen       
         
  (You will need a measuring tape, a pen and some paper.)       
   First, determine the number of pieces and draw the basic shape of each piece. 

 

       

         
         
   Step 2: Next, record the dimensions of each piece.

 

Use your measuring tape to find the length of each side and mark the length next to your drawing of the piece. Make sure that each side of each piece includes dimensions. (Note: Add 1.5” to the length of each exposed side for overhang.)

       

         
         
 Next, record the location of walls or appliances relative to the piece. Mark either wall (W), appliance (A) or finished edge (F) next to each side of your drawing of the piece. If a wall will have a back splash, indicate the height of the splash next to your wall (W) marking. 
       
   

      
         
Step 3: Finally, make a listing of the options you will need for your kitchen.

 

Some typical options are sink cutouts (indicate under mount or top mount), cook tops, and faucet holes.
Use the checklist on the other side of this sheet to make sure you include all options. (Note: It is not necessary to indicate the location of sinks or electrical outlet cuts —all you have to do is let us know the number of each you need for the whole project.)
