All four forms below must be completed and submitted to the athletic office (can also be done during freshman registration) before athletes may begin practicing with the team in August.  We will have a team meeting Monday, August 8th starting at 5:00 PM and will begin practice on Wednesday, August 10th at 7:30 AM.
