£3,795.00 raised for Junior Diabetes Research Foundation

On Saturday 17th September 2011 friends of JDFR held a fund raising event in the village of Swaversea Cambridgeshire to promote and raise funds for charity. There are children currently living in Swaversea who's lives and the lives of their families are affected by diabetes. Frenzy were delighted to be asked to get involved and put on a show to give the friendly villagers a great night out while funds were raised. The event was wholeheartedly supported and £3795.00 was raised on the evening making the whole event an amazing success.

£7,500.00 raised for Chloe.

On Friday 8th April 2011 Evolution Dome hosted a night of music to help raise money for local girl Chloe Bowes. Chloe Bowes from Buckden Cambridgeshire has a very rare condition that requires constant and on-going care of the highest demand. The Evolution Dome team wanted to do something for Chloe that could change her life forever, to raise enough money for a 'wizzybug', a device that could give Chloe movement of her limbs for the first time. The Evening played host to live music from James Page, Violet Bones, Tom Copson, Jo Wood, Eureka stockade plus headliners Frenzy Covers Band who all entertained the generous crowd raising over £7,500.00 for Chloe. An auction of items including Pixie Lott's signed shorts, Manchester United and Tottenham signed official merchandise plus many generous donations helped add to the total.

Hunts Post Review

"....it was evident that Pidley had never quite had an evening like this before. And yet, despite all the excitement, the fun was far from over - with Lott’s signed shoes being auctioned for the charity (raising £210 in the process), before a rousing set from Cambridgeshire indie covers band Frenzy.

Fast becoming one of the most in-demand bands on the circuit, Frenzy took to playing the bigger stage with ease, with an energetic set of popular guitar-led tunes played note-perfectly, adding to the party vibe." more...

£1,000.00+ raised for Cancer Research

We are very proud to announce that the Big Day Out at the Lord Protector in Huntingdon on the 2nd May 2010 event raised over £1000.00 for Cancer Research. Frenzy Covers Band played on the fantastic outdoor stage in the afternoon with the whole of Huntingdon singing along and dancing while money was raised. Different acts appeared throughout the day and despite the chill in the wind, the people of Huntingdon turned out in force to support the event. Well done to everyone involved.
