    Hi Scouts,

    KAYAKING 1st APRIL 2010:

Those of you who do not have a wetsuit, please email Skip by Monday or text or ring his MOBILE by Tuesday evening so we can arrange one for you. IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING THE KAYAKING, THEN WE DO NEED TO KNOW, OTHERWISE WE MAY BE STOOD AROUND FOR SOME TIME WAITING FOR YOU.

Remember that the newsletters and programme are normally posted on our website.

    SERVICE CREW:
Scouts who signed up for Service Crew, there are some possibilities over the Easter break for you to carry out some more duties at the campsite - please email Skip back if interested and let me know what dates you are or are not available so we can slot this in.

    MOONLIGHT CHALLENGE - 9th/10th April:

We also have the Moonlight Challenge on 1st April - we do need to speak to the team - Joe, Joseph, Korey and Cameron after kayaking to decide on a date for training in the Easter hols. If they are happy to be picked up a little later, then that would be useful or if they can provide dates on Thursday or before when they could meet, that'd be great.

HURDLESTONE - last weekend in June 2010

Hurdlestone Challenge - we have been accepted for both our teams - we do need another Scout to join this great weekend. Let us know ASAP - details on our website. wE DO REQUIRE A FURTHER £10 DEPOSIT (TOTALLING £15 NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, PLUS THE REMAINING £20, TOTALLING £35 FOR THE FOOD, ENTRY FEE, CAMPING FEE ETC. This does not inlcude transport.

We are hoping that the Hurdlestone fee may be able to be subsidised as it is a competition as many groups have theirs subsidised by their Scout group, grants etc.
