I swear and affirm as follows:

I have established a new account with my bank, Bank of America (account number’s last three digits are 383) for the sole purpose of collecting and disseminating public donations to be used for the legal defense and/or survival of Richard I. Fine.  I have asked my bank to convert said account to a “formal” donation account, but they require preparation and delivery of legal documents defining same, and they do not have forms of their own to effectuate the process.  It is therefore my intent and promise to, as soon as possible, convert the account to a proper donation account, but in the interim, I do swear and promise that all donations to said account will be expended SOLELY as each donor may so designate.

I have also established an account with PayPal for the sole purpose of collecting and disseminating donations via the Internet to be used for the legal defense and/or survival of Richard I. Fine.

I will keep detailed records and receipts of all incoming and outgoing monies with respect to both accounts.

No donation specifically made as a contribution to “legal defense” will be used for any purpose other than intended.  Such costs may include telephone charges, printing costs, court filing fees, attorney’s fees and the like.

DISCLOSURE:  Any donation not specifically made as a contribution to “legal defense” may also be used to offset the loss of Mr. Fine’s income since incarceration on March 4, 2009.  These monies may be used to bring current any mortgage payments which may be in default, or for basic living expenses such as utilities, food and gasoline.

NO monies will be expended for frivolous purposes, or for any other use which I have any reason to believe is not consistent with the goal of freeing Mr. Fine and pursuing his exposure of the illegal payments received by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judges.

I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
