Welcome CT FIRST Alumni Network (CTFAN) Members!
Here is some brief information about CTFAN, as well as plans for our upcoming Alumni Reunion.
NEW: Alumni Reunion (added 3/11/09)
As you may have heard, on Saturday, March 28th, we will be hosting an Alumni Reunion from 10-11am at the Connecticut Convention Center. We scheduled it to take place during the time of the Connecticut Regional so as to be convenient to those of you who are going to be there with one of the teams or attending simply as a spectator. There will be snacks provided, so how could you say no? We would like to introduce who we are, provide a brief overview of what CTFAN is all about, and answer any questions you may have. This event is a chance for you to sneak away to a quiet room, get some food, and chat with some old FIRST friends (and make some new ones!). We hope to see you there.
NEW: About the CT FIRST Alumni Network (added 3/11/09) As its name implies, the CT FIRST Alumni Network is a network with a connection to Connecticut. The criteria for CTFAN eligibility is simple -- have graduated high school, were involved in FIRST before graduating, and have something to do with CT. Through CTFAN, you will able to network with other CT FIRST alumni; learn about job and internship opportunities; share experiences with current FIRST participants and sponsors; find opportunities for career mentoring and coaching; stay abreast of FIRST events in Connecticut; and learn about volunteer opportunities with CT FIRST and FIRST. And there is no cost to join.

If you haven’t joined CTFAN yet, what are you waiting for?!?! Just go to www.ctfirst.org/alumni and sign up. It's a very simple form and will take no time to fill out. Plus, be sure to let your FIRST friends and former teamates know about CTFAN and how to sign up!
