PENTHOUSE STUDIO HOLIDAY APARTMENT
The apartment is available for renting on a week-by-week basis (Saturday to Saturday) for 52 weeks a year. It is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask guests to vacate by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
How to Book:
To book the apartment, please fill out and submit the form below. Check the availability and preferably select two possible dates for your visit. We cannot guarantee that the weeks you choose will not have been allocated to someone between web page updates. If the dates are free, we will provisionally book them for 10 calendar days and send you a booking form for completion and return to us with a 1/3 deposit or the full rental amount. We will write to you to confirm the booking and send you a receipt. The balance of the rental must be paid six weeks before the start date of the rental period.
If this is your first visit to the apartment, we send out detailed travel instructions four weeks prior to your arrival date.
