Fostering People's Education, Empowerment and Enterprise (FPE3) is a not-for-profit organization created by the Foundation for the Philippine Environment.

We envision communities caring responsibly and living fully in harmony with their environment.

Our Missions....
  1. To mainstream and advocate biodiversity conservation and education through outdoor enrichment programs;
  2. To empower partner communities and NGOs in the management and sustainable development of their environment;
  3. To use enterprise as a strategy for the organizational sustainability of not-for-profit partners.
