How we added strength to a Harbor Freight DIY Greenhouse.
Right in above photo: The base of the GH is secured to 2x10 base with metal straps fastened with screws.
Left in Photo: Tiedowns are 6' steel fence posts pounded into the ground, fastened by U-bolts.
You can see the plate that holds the U-bolt on the inside in the photo below.
The studs are secured to the base (and at the roof, not shown) with pieces of metal strap secured with extra bolts. We also put extra, longer bolts in the channel as we assembled the GH for future use, just in case. We used regular bolts, just inserted them before the studs were secured.
The blue pieces are angle iron, specially cut to fit to strengthen the metal base.
