The FOWL party is comprised of animals (and some humans) that believe that the Republicans are messing up America, but the Democrats aren't doing enough to clean up their mess.  The FOWL party's goal is to get an animal elected to the White House, then that animal can stand up for the animals that have been rejected their rightful place in the U.S. government.
