Both of us enjoyed tent camping for years and we wanted to carry on the camping tradition with our kids. A pop-up seemed the perfect compromise with young children. 

In November 2001 we picked up a new Jayco Eagle 12 FSO camping trailer from Rick's RV in Joliet, Illinois. We originally went to check out a slightly used Jayco 10 UD model. However, after looking at the left over floor models - you know the rest of the story.

We bought our second camper first! 

In January of 2008 we ordered a Rockwood 8317SS ultralight travel trailer form House of Camping in Bridgeview, Illinois.  We visited a few dealerships and many online web pages before deciding on the Rockwood line.

Now we have purchased our third/fourth camper second!
