Donations:
While we are working to make ourselves self-sustainable, the Foundation currently relies on donors to provide food, clothing, and other necessary supplies to the children. There is little to no overhead and administrative costs since all of our operations are run on the volunteerism of the community and individual persons involved; this means your donations will go directly to providing basic necessities to the children. We will soon have a way for donors to contribute funds easily and securely, directly through our website! In the meantime, if you would like to contribute in a non-monetary way (i.e. by sending material goods, etc.), we certainly welcome that as well. Shipping can be expensive (i.e. why we're setting up on-line donating), but if you're going to ship a package the United States Postal Service is almost always the cheapest option. Be aware that there are certain customs restrictions on what can be sent into Honduras, mainly concerning electronics, so it is advisable to do a little research or contact the Foundation beforehand with your ideas. In all cases, we like to personally thank and acknowledge our supporters, so please consider sending us an email to tell us who you are and how you heard about us if you choose to donate!
