Because there is no way to back up Google Sites  (in case they shut the site down again)  we will be moving the service back to our ARES web server.
At this point I'm planning on using Wordpress. You can check out the site at http://forsythares.org/ARES/. In the meantime, I'll leave this site up so I can transfer all content to the new site, and so everyone can get relevant info from our site.
