Forever Rescue is committed to find loving homes. Forever Rescue is a non-profit organization run by volunteers.Our mission is to help animals and inform pet owners on how best to care for their companions. One has to remember dogs are perpetural three year olds. And when you choose to become a guardian you must realize and accept the responsibility that goes along with it Our animals are also fed well balanced meals composed of 'human food' .You have to be picky on what you feed your dog . We go into detail on what we feed our rescue dogs. Please just ask and we can send you additional information (even if you do not adopt from us ).Commercial dog food ingredients come from ify places and are far from good quality since the ingredients that go into making dog food is not regulated (this goes for cat food and other animal food as well) There are also links about commercial dog food in 'pet news'. Here is some information on Forever Rescue's adoption process. Forever Rescue makes sure our rescue dogs are well balanced before adopting out. We only adopt out to homes and families who can offer them what they need to stay healthy mentally and physically. This may differ from dog to dog. We want to make sure the rescue dog is right for you and your family and vise versa. To start the adoption process, you would have to complete an adoption application( you can get this via email or from our website foreverrescue.googlepages.com). From there we would conduct a phone interview and to set up a date and time for a meet and greet/home visit. Normally for a home visit we will take the potential adoptee with us. This way when the adopted dog goes to his/her new home everything is not completely new. The process normal takes one to two weeks depending on everyone's schedule.
