No one on the crew has a set job that they do or excel at, with Umbenhauer Motorsports everyone pitches in where they are needed to maintain the cars for the best performance. All the long hours pay off in the long run, because it's what they love to do. 

 

Dougie: Good old Dougie, also know as Stoagy.  What would the team do without all of his help and dedication with EVERYTHING! He always is there to make sure the cars have fuel. He is a big part of all the help needed to run two cars at Big Diamond on the same night.

Wayne: He is the main motor man. He helps tune and keep the engines up to performance best. He is also a big help when looking for sponsors. Thanks to him Umbenhauer Motorsports is backed by some great ones!

 Jared: Everything must be clean when he does it!  He is the one who helps Tom the most on Tom's cars. Straightening things, and painting; but no matter what it is Jared is usually busy doing something.

Jordan: When he is not working on his car he is helping out with Tom's.  Being around the sport for his entire life, and running his own car, he helps Tom make key adjustments to the car.

 Grandpa Tice: So many good intensions come from him. Even though he usually gets stuck doing the dirtiest  jobs, like cleaning mud of the cars, and helping wash them. He is always willing to dive in and do something.

 Heidi: She is in charge of Jordan's tires, and helping find sponsors. She can also be found cleaning the mud off the cars, and getting her hands dirty.  She is always doing something, if she isn't taking pictures.

Ryan: He helps out with things on Jared's car. He helps keep things in order in Mike's rig. He is always wanting to get involved with something.
