Our Story

Since 1986

Flowers with Feeling, Inc. is a family owned and operated business established in 1986.  Our hands-on approach and attention to detail has been the cornerstone of our success.    

Flowers with Feeling, Inc. opened its doors on April 1, 1986 in a modest space on North LaSalle St. in Chicago’s near North Lincoln Park neighborhood.  It was immediately apparent that the Flowers with Feeling brand of quality product, customer service and individual attention was a formula for success.  The name, Flowers with “Feeling”, originated from our original mission statement that each and every customer would receive exceptional value, exceptional quality and exceptional service without compromise.  This holds true today.       

In just two short years, in 1989, it was necessary to expand our business and relocate to the 5000 square ft. loft studio that we currently occupy in the Chicago Design Center at 1812 West Hubbard St., Chicago, IL.  The size and close proximity of this location to our core clientele has allowed us to offer expanded services and provide timely response to customer needs.  

Flowers with Feeling, Inc. team members are a group of dynamic individuals with varied areas of expertise.  Their backgrounds include fine arts, domestic and international floral design, carpentry, horticulture, history and business management.  Each team member is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality and customer care and make an invaluable contribution to each event. 

Since our founding in April, 1986, we have earned the confidence and respect of many of Chicago’s most notable organizations, Hotels, individuals and industry professionals.  We proudly celebrate our 21st year of service to the Chicago land community and owe a debt of gratitude to the friends and associates we have had the privilege to serve.
