Dear students,
we were so proud of your videos on Levi Tafari's poems that we decided to share them with Fitch O'Connell, a "nomad" as he describes himself, besides being a brilliant and inspiring teacher. As he loves literature and once introduced me to Levi Tafari, I thought it would definetly make him very happy to see your videos. I'll leave his reply to my e-mail here for you to enjoy! Thanks to all for the great contributions! By the way, do you want to see your video published in the American on-line journal Fitch is telling us about?

Inspired by Carolina Rocha's suggestion I had to listen to Michael Jackson's Man in the Mirror and so I'm really happy to see that we are actually all trying to do something in order to make a difference:
"If you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself, then make the change!"
On Friday we tasted the first healthy snacks at the cafeteria and our mascot has legs and is growing! You'll see it soon...

Student of the Week Guess who is the student of the week for this week... One clue... it's a girl (Yes, again! Shame on you, boys!:-p). Another clue: Have you got any idea now? Ok, enough suspense. The student of the week is Rita Vaz, from class 11H. She has been a committed student and has been doing a great job. Again, we had a hard time choosing the student of the week, as there were other outstanding hard-working creative students. Remember that you will only have another opportunity to be the student of the week, as our project is reaching its end.
