We manage single family homes (whether in a homeowners association or not), condominiums and duplexes. We work closely with all our vendors to be sure that maintenance problems are property diagnosed and repaired properly the first time. We only work with vendors we have a relationship with and trust their work. One hundred percent adherence to all homeowner and condominium rules are at the top of our list of "must do items". We also work very well with the various cities where we operate. We furnish you easy to understand reports of income and expenses on a monthly basis and we furnish IRS Form 1099s for your income tax filing at the end of the year.
Property owners can be assured that Florida Management will screen all applicants for the following items: 1. We will verify the applicant’s employment or source of income. 2. We will carry out a credit check on all adult applicants. 3. We will complete a Florida Criminal Background Check. 4. We will confirm the applicant’s former landlord’s references. 5. We will perform an eviction search to ensure that the applicant has not been evicted in the previous seven years. Once we have approved an applicant we will execute the rental agreement prepared by our attorney and give the residents possession of your rental property after we perform a thorough “move in” inspection. Florida Management will ensure that adequate funds are accessible in your trust account throughout the term of the lease.
