Chiang Rai International Christian School (CRICS) Board of Trustees
- Apr thru Jun 2007 – Mission and Vision of
CRICS clarified through community meetings with parents of current Family
Learning Center
- Jul ‘07 thru Jul ‘08
- Boards of CEFT
and CRICS and staff of Family Learning Center strengthened and developing
systems to work together
- Sept 2008 - Active process to meet
with government officials and start process of registration, active meetings
with possible teacher recruiting agencies, active land search committee
started, curriculum development started
- Dec 2008 - Suitable land located,
and fundraising for land started
- Apr 2009 - Land paid for, and
fundraising continues for landfill
- Jun 2009 - Land and building development plan
completed, and fundraising campaign for building construction planned
carefully, landfill to start soon
- December 2010 - Draft of curriculum to
be submitted to government
- Oct ‘09 thru Dec ‘11 - Active fundraising for
Phase 2 (buildings required for government registration)
- Nov 2010 - Letters begin going out for Phase 2
- Aug 2011 - Registration papers
submitted to government and initial inspection of land and building
construction activities
- Jun 2010 - Defend curriculum with government
- Nov 2011 - Inspection of buildings with government
- Jan 2012 - Registration of school with government, move
and official opening of Chiang Rai International Christian School
- Sep ’11-Aug’12 - Building of Phase Three
(admin, library and some sports)
- After Aug ‘12 - Fundraising and
Building of “Future Phase” with drama building, kindergarten and more sports facilities
