Halen
Sex: Male Age: 3 yrs Eye Color: Brown BAER hearing certified bilateral status Show career: pointed Raised with children: Older teens/pre-college Raised with other dogs: Yes Raised around cats: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Leash Trained: Yes Rides well in car: Yes Nail Trimming: Dremel Notes: Halen has lived with us since he was born. He has been a great running companion at the park on a regular 6-8 miles basis. He is solid muscle and extremely fit. This guy is energetic, silly, and strikingly gorgeous. I have heard a number of comments from people at the park centering around his statuesque appearance. He was raised with older pre-college teens, not toddlers. He has a large, blocky head. In fact, we call him Block head. One of his favorite activities is bring his toys out onto the floor in the middle of the living room and tossing them up into the air. He loves to get on his back with feet up, and rubbing his back on the floor. Halen is extremely lovely to have as a friend. A regular joker, he keeps us laughing. His tail is always going, in fact, most of his body wags along with it. I recommend ongoing obedience training to help transition him with his new owner. Everyone wins when the bond is made through learning as a team in obedience. Halen is pictured below. NOTES ON OUR DOGS: We do not leave any of our dogs out in the yard for long periods of times or when we leave the home. I prefer to crate them for their safety in our absence. Exercise is a HUGE component of our dog's lives and without it, they become overweight, bored and find destructive outlets. Requirements on all Dalmatians from Flashpoint:
