About Mairead

 
As a qualified Guidance Counsellor, with 14 years experience in Second Level Schools, and mother of four grown children, I can help advise and guide you in your career decisions, whether it's deciding what college course to accept, which options to put on your CAO, whether to go back to study after having worked, or choosing a vocational course. 

I am based in Portmarnock in North County Dublin.

    • H. Diploma in Education UCD
    • H. Diploma in School Guidance and Counselling Maynooth NUI
    • Level A and B psychometric testing (British Psychological Society)
    • 14 years experience working as a Guidance Counsellor in 2nd Level schools in Dublin
    • Counselling qualification – Human Givens Diploma Nottingham/Trent University
    • Counselling Supervisor
    • Reality Therapy/Choice Theory Certified
    • Treasurer of Dublin North Branch Institute of Guidance Counsellors
    • Chartered member of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors
