 We are a group of swimmers age 18 and up in the Hudson Valley who choose to swim for fitness, competition, and fun. We are proud members of United States Masters Swimming (USMS) and accommodate advanced athletes with specific performance goals, triathletes trying to improve their swimming times, new swimmers wanting to improve stroke technique, or those who simply want to "be as good as you thought you used to be." Our club is open to everybody, and our workouts are held Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 6:00am-7:30am.
