These Camps are intended for Travel-Soccer players only!
All Programs will include:
12:1 Player to Coach Ratio, Speed/Agility/Quickness (SAQ) Training, Nutrition/Hydration Information & Effective Limit Soccer Development
Athletes will be assigned Skill Challenges, Fitness Exercises & will receive information on Health/Nutrition!
We incorporate vision skills training with and without a ball.
The staff will place players into groups by ability level regardless of age/grade.
Each camper will receive a "First 2 the Ball" dry-fit shirt for training!
*We offer 11 Sessions for the price of 10 to account for summer vacations!
