A Home Fire Safety Inspection will greatly reduce the chances of a fire from occurring in your home and increase your fire safety awareness.
Most fire departments do not perform Home Fire Safety Inspections (budget and staffing short falls prevent this service from being provided).
The National Institute of Fire and Safety Training (www.nifast.org) and the Live Safe Foundation (www.live-safe.org) have teamed up to promote fire safety and awareness. In addition, NIFAST trains and certifies inspectors to perform Home Fire Safety Inspections.
