The story about Johnny
Johnny was a very young boy in his teen age years. The day was bright and he always took it upon himself to ride along the terrain and roadside to enjoy the beauty of the nature. That day was different having exceptional activity and as usual johnny had to be there making the most out of his day. There were a lot of trucks as a matter of fact Johnny haven't seen that many trucks before. so he quickly rode towards the action and on arrival he quickly recognized the problem. There was a truck with a large load on it but it could not pass under the over-pass because it was a little too tall. As johnny looked on, he saw engineers and contractors talking while others were busy walking back and forth. Johnny concluded that they were beginning to dismantle the bridge to allow the truck to continue its journey. Johnny's curiosity allowed him to move in closer and closer until his presence was caught by one of the engineers. Hey kid get out of here he said to Johnny. Johnny responding with question "why are you taking the bridge apart" and the engineer responded so that the truck can pass. johnny replied "why don't you let the air out of the tires" the engineer froze and looked at Johnny. " you are a very smart boy" he said to johnny and continued to ponder upon what johnny said. The engineer then quickly walked over to the other engineers and collaborated. They quickly did exactly what Johnny suggested instead of dismantling the bridge and the truck passed safely under the over-pass. The same engineer kept on looking at Johnny as he rode away. A word to the leaders of today and to other leaders, that there may not be Johnny around while you ponder on your next decision, but keep the practicality of Johnny suggestion in your mind, for he was a little boy without the high education as you, but with basic common sense that is the essential ingredient that matters most.
