Booking Confirmations and Cancellations A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit. If payments are not received within 2 weeks, the booking will be regarded as cancelled. Refunds Full Money Back Guarantee The Client will be invited to view the final video production. If the client is unhappy with the movie in any way, they will receive 100% of there payment back. The full money back guarantee will be made void If the client wishes to view the movie in private or have the DVD's sent to them without first viewing the movie with Cherrywood Productions. Personnel Cherrywood-Productions have full creative responsibility and reserves the right to change the videographer without prior notice. The Vicar/Priest/Registrar always has the final say with regards to the camera location/angle while filming in the church/Venue. Act Of God Whilst every effort is made to cover all reasonable eventualities Cherrywood-Productions cannot be held responsible or liable for losses incurred or disruption caused by events beyond its control. Limitations of Liability In the unlikely event of total videographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or non performance in any circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract (excluding VAT). Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss. this clause shall not exclude any liability of either party for loss/damage which cannot be excluded by statute. Health and Safety The venue must have the correct legal and local licenses required for the event. It is the responsibility of the client to check these requirements. License/Permission to Film It is the client's responsibility to obtain all relevant licenses/consents for filming and the use of any music or other copyright before filming can proceed. Cherrywood-Productions reserves the right to see any such consents prior to commencement of filming. Use of Images & Footage The client hereby allows Cherrywood-Productions to display any images included in this contract on their portfolios, literature, wedding and other exhibitions and any other advertising. All video footage and still images (including all copyright in same) remain the property of Cherrywood-Productions and no reproduction/copying of the same may be carried out without the prior written agreement of Cherrywood-Productions, which may be on subject to such terms (including additional payment) as Cherrywood-Productions may decide. |
