This air conditioned renovated Holiday Cottage is located on Queensland's beautiful Redcliffe Peninsula. 350m to the beach with a convenience store at the end of the Street. All linen and kitchenware supplied. Original holiday cottage has been fully renovated and purposely extended to create the perfect family holiday home (cats and dogs can come too).  Fully screened and fitted throughout with plantation shutters.  Open plan front lounge and kitchen,  rear second reception/entertainment area.

Bedrooms:-
This property sleeps 7 adults in 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and is air conditioned.
Second bedroom has a double bed with a single on top and is air conditioned.
The third bedroom has a single and a roll out bunk under with fan.
With the use of bi fold doors a section of the indoor entertainment area can be closed off to make a fourth bedroom area which is air conditioned and contains a kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave cooker.
The lounge is also air conditioned and has a futon which folds down to a queen size bed for use when friends drop in for the night.

Pets:
Herbert St has been purposely built for pets to enjoy their holiday. All fences are concreted under. Four outside secure areas. One of these is attached to the house and pets can enter from inside the house. This area is padlocked so your inside pets can have a run outside if you go away for the day. Throws are provided just in case your pet likes watching TV on the lounge. Outside pets are also catered for with a large kennel. 
NOTE :- Pet Lovers - Pets must be on a flea program and have a current immunization certificate.
 
Outdoor areas:
The garden areas are fully fenced with the front and back areas able to be separately secured.
Front garden area features a bay window seat ideal for enjoying morning coffee.Rear garden area features outdoor beach shower, Christie electric barbecue set under gazebo also mini sand pit and fort to entertain smaller members of family.  Small secure outside pet enclosure accessed from the house.  
Garden features seasonal herbs for culinary use.

Kitchen:
Equipped for holiday needs featuring electric hot plates and solar dome/microwave oven (with instructions).  Second kitchenette has bar fridge, sink and microwave.

Communication and entertainment:
Free wireless internet access. (bring your laptop)
Free land line telephone calls within Australia.
Cable Foxtel on television (LCD) and DVD.

Bathrooms:
Two fully separate bathrooms both having showers, vanity and toilet with the second bathroom having a separate bath for smaller members of family.

Laundry:
Front loading washing machine and dryer set in second bathroom.

Rates:
$150 to $170 per night. $750 to $1,000 per week. 3 nights minimum stay.
