WELCOME to FIFE PERFORMANCE SWIMMING
The Fife Performance Squad was founded in the summer of 2009 and is a new, exciting venture supported by Scottish Swimming, Fife Council and the Fife Swimming Club network. The squad has been created to allow swimmers in the area to further their swimming career, without having to leave Fife. The aims of the squad are to take swimmers from their club environment and progress them to National and International level competitors. Also, to expose the swimmers to what is required and expected, to achieve their goals, encompassing nutrition, injury prevention, time management, race planning and profiling, sports psychology and the performance swimming lifestyle.
