Through a combination of letting go of all thoughts entangling your brain, yet at the same time focussing on the void, one can achive the higher state of mind, enabling the trained to profound insight into matters otherwise conceiled.

In our first training lesson, use this magic image: focus long enough (at least ~20sec) at a point about 20cm behind the image, and you will eventually be able to see the prophet a giraffe.
