The guest speaker for the evening will be City Councillor Leanne Piper, who, in her Guelph Historical Society role, has been integral to the republication of the book by David Allan, About Guelph, Its early days and later. The story is fascinating, the publication a unique part of Guelph's printed history, and there will be copies of the book for sale at the meeting.
