December Happy Birthday, Rudolf Sprint Results
  • North American Winner: N9FTC (Tim, FHC 1648)
  • DX Winner: OH2LU (Tapani Juhola, Non-Member)
With over 50 submissions, Tim and Tapani rose to the top to win the last sprint of 2009. Congratulations to both!

November Orient Express Sprint Results
  • North American Winner - N9FTC (Tim)
  • DX Winner - G7OGX (Chris)
Tim (N9FTC) beat out over 30 entries this month to win the November sprint with a massive 7078 points. Chris (G7OGX) was also an easy winner in the DX division, besting the nearest competitor by almost a 1000 points. Join me in congratulating our winners!
 
October 10-10-10 Sprint Results: Tom Phelps, FHC# 1175, was our sole winner this month. No DX entries this month.  Poor conditions made QSOs difficult, but Tom hung in there for the win. Congratulations, Tom!

September Route 66 Sprint:  Tim N9FTC, FHC# 1648, was our NA winner and Michel F1ABL, FHC #2388, was our DX winner in the Route 66 September Sprint.
 
August 2009: Tim N9FTC (FH1648) and Chris G7OGX (FH1194) took first place finishes in the August "I Love Lucy & NY" Sprint in the NA and DX divisions.

July 2009: Tim N9FTC was our NA winner and Josep EA3FHP our DX winner
in the July "Bastille Day" Sprint.

June: N9FTC, Tim (FH1648) won the Summer Solstice Sprint.  No DX entries

May: KZ1Z, Pete (FH008) won the May Hamvention Sprint.  We had no DX entries this month.
 
April: Tom, VE3II (FH1699) took top NA honors and DK5AI (FH607) Wolfgang earned his first DX win.
 
March: WW1FHC (FH001) was manned by ART (WA7NB, FH1337) who took first place again in NA, while Gary, G7USC (FH401) earned first place honors.
 
February: Art, WA7NB (FH1337) was the NA winner and Pavel UR5WCQ (FH1041) was the DX winner
 
January: Art, WA7NB (FH1337) was the NA winner in our first-ever 24-hour WAS Sprint with 45 states.  Chris, G7OGX (FH1194) was the DX winner with 9 states.
 
 
2008
 
December: Pete (FH008), as WW1FHC, took first place in NA and Jose, EA5FL (FH1248) took first in the DX category.
 
November: Pete, KZ1Z was first place in NA and Zahidul, S21VA was our DX winner for the 3-hour Thanksgiving Sprint

October: David, WB2HTO, was first place in NA and the Akademisk Radioklubb, LA1K, was our DX winner in the Spooky Sprint

September: Ed, AI6O and Frank, F/N4SPP were our NA and DX winners

August: There were no submissions (apparently due to heavy QRM from the SARTG contest)

July: Kent, W9KAO was the top scorer for NA.  There was no DX entry.

June: Dave, VA3KAB took NA honors with Anton, ON6NL grabbing the DX top spot

May: Our regular monthly Sprint was won by WB2HTO. There were no DX entries.

May "Flash" Sprint: AI4OF took top honors for our first "Flash" Sprint, which celebrated our club's 1000th club member. (Fitting that Phil is club member #1004.)

April: Congratulations to Pete, KZ1Z for his first place NA score, and Anton, ON6NL for the top DX score

March: WB2HTO and G7USC were our NA and DX winners.

February: WB2HTO took first in NA while OY1JD took the DX honors.

January: N1BAA was the NA winner and G7USC our DX winner.

 

2007

December: WB2HTO won first place in NA, LA1K in DX

November: K7GQ took NA first and M5PLY gets the DX gold

October: W0YSE and G7USC were our NA and DX winners

September: AI4FR, John, grabbed the NA title. We had no DX entries

August: S51TN was not only the DX winner, but overall score leader. WA6L took first in NA

July: K7FV in NA, M5PLY took DX prize
