Since our beginnings in 1820,
we, Faithful Companions of Jesus (FCJs), have tried to share God’s special gift to us,
the gift of companioning with Jesus in prayer
and with the people of God in all sorts of ways.
Our gift of companionship can be a powerful way
to help young Catholics establish a Catholic identity
and to resist the many negative cultural influences that undermine that identity.
For that reason, in 2007, we established the FCJ Teen Leadership Camp,
a one-week residential camping experience held on the grounds of St. Philomena School in Portsmouth, RI.
This year, the dates for camp will be Sunday, August 9-Saturday August 15, 2009.
We will accept no more than 30 campers.
The price for this camp is $250.00.
