As far as I know, TMZ is that gossip website that prints nasty stuff about Clay.  Its official definition is “A telepictures production and America Online joint venture that provides an inside look at the latest celebrity scandals.”  I have no idea what the initials stand for.   Lots of people make up stuff that they might stand for, though!  LOL
