2009 Fayette County 4-H Benefit Auction

When:      6:30 p.m.    Friday, July 31, 2009

Where:     Fayette County Fairgrounds at the

                  4-H Youth Building

Who:         Fayette County 4-H members, leaders,

                  and volunteers

How You Can Help:  Volunteers are Needed

·       to get donations from businesses and individuals to sell at the auction (see publicity poster for sample of items sold in the past)

·       to invite people to come to auction to buy (Free Admission Letters are available for buyers)

·       to hang publicity posters in businesses to advertise auction

·       to help out at the Youth Building checking in items on Thursday

·       to help the night of the auction

Note:  In order for members to be eligible for the scholarship fund, each club must participate in the auction in some way.

                               2^nd Place…   $50                      2^nd Place…. $50

                               3^rd Place…   $25                       3^rd Place…. $25

* You and your club can win prize money!!  If your donations bring the highest dollar amount at the auction you and/ or your club will win $100, $50, or $25.
