1. Approved Vendors will be charged a nominal fee for use of the assigned spaces at The Farmers Market at Clear Lake Shores ("The Market"). This fee covers the Market's out-of-pocket expenses for advertising, police protection, toilet rental, and other such expenses. The Market is a non-profit entity run entirely by volunteers. This policy is subject to change at the sole descretion of The Market. 2. All Vendors must sign and submit a completed "Operational Agreement" before being approved as a Vendor. A copy of the form (file "Operational_Agreement.pdf") is attached. Please print it out, sign, and mail to Bonnie Taylor, 1203 North Shore Drive, Clear Lake Shores, TX 77565. A signed Operational Agreement must be completed before Vendors can participate in The Market.
3. Vendors are expected to assist the Market volunteers by setting up and taking down their own sales spaces. This means that Vendors are to put up and take down and store the tent tops to the tent frames provided by the Market. In addition, vendors are expected to provide, set up, and take down their own tables and display materials and supply their own power extension cords. Electricity use is limited and must be pre-approved by the Market.
