Family Restoration Services

Family Restoration Services is a community based Project focusing on assisting families to cope better with the demands of life, poverty and lack, wrong perceptions, negative past experiences, relationship problems and working towards preventing child abuse, neglect, abandonment and family disintegration . We are also involved in programmes caring for children affected or infected by HIV/AIDS.

The organisation was founded out of a deep seated concern for the well-being of children. The continual flow of parents requesting help with upbringing, parenting and disciplining children confirmed our apprehension. Children begging on the many street corners, children struggling because they are HIV POSITIVE or their parents are ill and dying, spoke to our hearts and made us feel compelled to do something to relieve their distress.

It is our desire to give personal attention to each child and/or family coming to us for help, to remain involved in their lives until they are self-sufficient, happy and content, we walk the extra mile.
