Kacy Starts School Again
Kacy
had a break from her demanding school schedule and is now back at it in
earnest! Besides being a Mom, Wife, & Nurse..Kacy is also a
full-time student (studying for a Master's degree to become a nurse
practitioner). We all wish her luck in her next term. Be sure to send
Kacy a supportive e-mail or give her a buzz as her life is very
challenging right now

Our
little family recently travelled to Sweden for Sam's Grandmother
Brita's funeral. Karin was a trooper on the 18 hour journey. Plenty of

Karin Rides a Bicycle! Karin just started riding a bike with training wheels a few months ago. She is fast and powerful, but still learning how to use the brake. Once in a while we also use her tricycle, but for the most part she prefers her "big girl bike". If you want to see her in action, click >> here
Karin likes to GO UNDER!
Karin has become a little fish and can hold her breath for long period of time underwater. She prefers to use her goggles when going under water. Karin frequently goes swimming in our little warm pool in the backyard. >> Photo
Sam wraps up the '09 Triathlon Racing Season
Overall, Sam had a disapointing season (5 triathlons & duathlons) based on a series of botched races due to stomach cramping during the run portion. However, Sam managed to gain a 9th place finish in the Portland Triathlon which helped to close-out this year's racing on a good note. Click >> here to read Sam's Triathlon Blog
Karin likes to be a Princess
